Bengaluru, India’s third most populous city, is a thriving metropolis of 11.5 million and growing stronger year after year. Comprising a cosmopolitan and diverse culture, its population is made up of mostly young and increasingly professional migrants from other parts of the country, who are drawn to the city’s multi-billion dollar IT industry.

A flourishing city, Bengaluru has been dubbed the Silicon Valley of India and is constantly pushing itself into the future. To date, it accounts for some three million IT professionals and more than a third of India’s IT export. This essentially forms the backbone of the country’s economy and is said to be one of the largest exporter of IT services in the world. With such growing global presence, multinational companies have since set up technical bases in the city and almost every household international brand has a presence here in one way or another. Along with this, Bengaluru is experiencing a rising demand for commercial office developments of international quality. It was against this economic backdrop that the 650,000sqm RMZ Ecoworld IT Park was gestated and realised in just five years.
